and I feel like I've let you down, I've let me down and I've let my team down!
Shit got in the way, maybe you have not even noticed.
I missed posting one of our weekly videos and then when I did do it I didn't send out an email or do social media posts.
It cost me, it cost you!

I'm guessing a lot of you did not and that's the point you can F&ck up every now and then, but if you jump back on the horse most of your customers will probably not notice.
So jump back on the horse!
