and it's so true that no plan survives first contact.
48 hours ago The IKA cancelled their trade show in Dortmund.
With their restrictions because of covid our own Karting Spectacular was in trouble of being cancelled.
But with some quick thinking Ed and I have moved the event to Birmingham, UK.
Same dates same time.
Just different beer and a new location.
Without a plan and a shit tonne of determination we would have cancelled our event too.
But we didn't
and we are on the way to having the best spectacular ever.
That's why planning is such a game changer.
