In this month’s staff profile, we introduce our International Sales Executive, Katrine Löfstrand. Katrine joined the team in 2017 and has been helping our customers all around the world ever since. She’s organised, attentive and dedicated to making sure all Fastline customers get the best service and the right parts when they need them.
WHAT DO YOU DO AT FASTLINE?
I’m multi-lingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish, so my main responsibility is to develop and take care of the Scandinavian and Spanish speaking market. I also help with the
customer service for our UK based clients too.
HOW DO YOU HELP FASTLINE CUSTOMERS?
I help our customers by making them aware of Fastline Group, ensuring they know what products are available to them and getting them a great deal so they can save money. I love helping people so I always try very hard to solve our customer's problems, whatever they might be.
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU JOINED THE TEAM?
I’ve actually worked in the karting industry for a while now. Before joining Fastline I worked
at Gokart Stockholm, where I mainly handled financial matters for the 3 main tracks in the Stockholm area in Sweden; Gokart Stockholm, SMC Gokart and Ös-We Ring.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO DO IN YOUR TIME OFF?
I am just trying out a new hobby, metal detecting! It’s a little unusual but so far it’s great fun and I am loving finding lots of old treasures.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE?
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. A classic comedy that makes me smile every time I watch it.
WHAT DO YOU REALLY HATE?
I hate it when I am unable to help people and I also hate all the horrible things in this world like climate change, racism, war & cancer…
