Last year we had a turnover of £1.25 million with a total of 10 employees, Fastline Group has been experiencing exceptional growth. In the last 12 months, we have moved to a larger 5,000 ft2 warehouse and modernised its operations and employed a foreign speaking sales person to penetrate the European market.

The culture of Fastline Group is very team based, tight knit and inclusive, each member has a role to play and is often consulted for input on important decisions. While there are management titles, they do not create a hierarchy (flat organisational structure), everyone who contributes is treated equally.
